UX/UI Designer (Senior - Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define product direction and ensure user-centered solutions
• Conduct and oversee user research, Gather/Analyze user requirements, and translate them into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
• Design and deliver responsive UI/UX across multiple platforms (web, Tablet and mobile) with attention to usability and accessibility
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design work to ensure consistency and quality
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries
• Support and occasionally mentor junior designers in design best practices and professional growth
• Identify, analyze, and resolve UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, interaction issues)
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design outcomes
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and back-office applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards
• Experience working on complex systems such as back-office platforms, admin dashboards, or payment-related applications
• Experience contributing to or developing design systems and component libraries
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Good communication and teamwork skills; experience giving feedback and collaborating cross-functionally
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers
