As a UX Designer Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on creating exceptional user experiences that revolutionize industries. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of your projects. Responsibilities

- Designing and developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance user experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects
- Utilizing programming languages and application frameworks to create and test cutting-edge applications
- Implementing business process improvements and management techniques to optimize software development workflows
- Engaging in client management by building meaningful relationships and understanding client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
