UI/UX Designer - Figma Specialist

About the Role

We need a talented UI/UX Designer to transform rough sketches and ideas into polished Figma designs. You'll work directly with the CEO across multiple business projects, turning concepts into production-ready screens and interfaces.

What You'll Do

• Convert sketches and ideas into high-fidelity Figma designs

• Design screens for web applications, websites, and software platforms

• Create design systems and component libraries

• Iterate quickly based on feedback

• Prepare designs for developer handoff

Requirements

• Expert-level Figma proficiency (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)

• Strong portfolio of web and software interface design

• Ability to work from rough sketches or verbal descriptions

• Fast turnaround and ability to manage multiple projects

• Understanding of UX principles and responsive design

Example Projects

You'll design interfaces like:

• Lead generation platforms - landing pages, lead capture forms, client dashboards showing lead performance and analytics

• Business management software - CRM interfaces, reporting dashboards, workflow management screens

• Marketing websites - service pages, pricing calculators, contact forms

• Internal tools - admin panels, data visualization dashboards, user management systems
