We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist with strong mobile casual experience who can transform rough ideas into polished, stylized, and production-ready concepts.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, think visually, and collaborate closely with both art and product teams to bring ideas to life in a scalable way.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Concept Development
Create high-quality concepts for characters, environments, props, creatures, and key visuals.

Visual Direction
Define and maintain the visual style across features, ensuring consistency and strong art direction.

Game Design Interpretation
Translate gameplay ideas into clear, engaging, and functional visual concepts.

3D Collaboration
Work closely with 3D artists through:
Paintovers
Callouts
Detailed breakdowns for production

UI/UX Support
Collaborate with UI/UX teams by providing:
Icon concepts
Layout sketches
Visual direction and styling

Iteration & Production Readiness
Deliver fast explorations during ideation and polished, production-ready concept sheets.

Quality & Consistency
Ensure strong readability, color harmony, and stylistic consistency across all assets.

 

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years as a Concept Artist in the gaming industry

Industry Focus: Proven experience in mobile casual games (required)
Portfolio:
Strong stylized work
Clear ideation and shape language
Production-ready concepts
Core Skills:
Strong fundamentals in color, lighting, and composition
Ability to create both:
Loose explorations
Detailed production-ready assets
Pipeline Experience:
Experience working with 3D teams
Ability to support production workflows
UI Awareness:
Understanding of UI constraints, visual hierarchy, and icon readability
Work Style:
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments"
