That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Concept Artist who can take rough ideas and transform them into stylized, clear, and engaging concepts that define our game worlds. What you’ll do:
Produce high-quality concepts for characters, creatures, environments, props, and key art.
Define and maintain the visual style of features and assets.
Interpret game design needs and convert them into functional, readable visuals.
Collaborate closely with 3D artists through paintovers, callouts, and detailed breakdowns.
Support UI/UX teams with visual direction, iconography, layout sketches, and style guidance.
Create UI-related concept work when needed (icons, mockups, thematic elements, visual styling).
Deliver fast iterations in exploration phases and polished production-ready sheets as required.
Ensure mobile-friendly readability, color harmony, and consistency across all assets.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years as a Concept Artist in the gaming industry — mobile casual experience required.
Strong portfolio demonstrating stylized work, shape language, clear ideation, and visual clarity.
Ability to create both loose explorations and detailed production concepts.
Solid grasp of color, lighting, composition, and mobile readability standards.
Experience working with 3D teams and supporting pipeline needs.
Experience working with UI/UX teams and understanding UI constraints, visual hierarchy, and icon readability.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Good to have:
Familiarity with visual styles of top casual titles.
Experience with Unity-driven production pipelines.
Understanding of casual market aesthetics and constraints.
