We are looking for a UX Designer to help define and drive user experience across GHD’s digital platforms, with a focus on intuitive, high-impact journeys across web and mobile. Balancing leadership with hands-on design, you’ll guide the creation of user-centered experiences that support both business outcomes and brand integrity. You’ll lead UX and interaction design within agile delivery cycles, contribute to design system governance, and collaborate across product, content, data, and development teams. In addition to delivering high-quality work, you’ll manage and mentor junior designers and help grow GHD’s global UX capability.

Key Duties:

  • Implement UX strategy across key digital experiences, aligning design decisions to user needs and business goals 
  • Drive the delivery of intuitive, high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile, with best-in-class interaction and visual design 
  • Guide designers in developing strong conceptual thinking, user flows, and interaction models, as well as pixel-perfect UI execution 
  • Support and elevate design craft across the team through reviews, mentoring, and hands-on collaboration 
  • Plan and lead UX activities including journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and research synthesis 
  • Leverage and help evolve existing design systems to maintain consistency, efficiency, and scalability—while pushing the boundaries of innovation within the product experience 
  • Champion brand standards through UX design and act as a brand ambassador across digital touchpoints, helping protect and elevate the GHD brand 
  • Collaborate with developers, content strategists, product owners, and analysts to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions 
  • Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance UX research, design prototyping, personalization, and user testing workflows 
  • Apply and advocate for UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and performance insights across projects and teams 
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and agile delivery cycles with a global team  
  • Manage performance and development of junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team culture 
  • Provide authoring support and escalate technical issues to the IS team as needed 
  • Uphold publishing standards, accessibility, and metadata requirements aligned to digital governance 
  • Stay current on evolving MarTech tools, web practices, and digital performance methods. 
     

Experience:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, interaction design, and high-quality execution
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing other designers
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD), with strong visual and interaction design craft
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, including user research, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG, AODA)
  • Experience applying design systems and managing scalable component libraries
  •  Ability to translate business or campaign objectives into intuitive user journeys and site architecture
  • Skilled in articulating and defending design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in agile environments, contributing to sprint-based delivery cycles and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred) and digital optimization tools (e.g. personalization, A/B testing)
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and usability across responsive web and mobile
  • Ability to align UX design with brand and content strategy, business objectives, and SEO best practices, incorporating taxonomies, metadata, and personalization for diverse audiences across global and local markets 

Work schedule:  Monday to Friday / 8:00 pm to 5:00 am / Hybrid

This job offer can be based in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu.
