UI/UX Designer

·        Work with stakeholders including financial institutions, technology leaders, and internal teams to develop and design websites and applications with both functionality and aesthetics in mind for digital assets and financial services

·        Analyse the needs and document user experience requirements for complex financial applications with public-facing infrastructure

·        Plan, design, and implement User Interfaces that meet the specific needs of financial sector projects whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

·        Plan the layout and information architecture of websites and applications for optimal user experience in financial services contexts

·        Work closely with the users, Technical Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new digital solutions

·        Collaborate with Full Stack Developers to translate design concepts into functional, responsive interfaces for financial applications

·        Create comprehensive design systems and style guides that maintain consistency across multiple financial platforms and applications

·        Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience for financial sector applications

·        Design accessible and inclusive interfaces that comply with financial sector accessibility standards and regulations

·        Support the Project Manager in coordinating design deliverables and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives

·        Work with Solution Architects to ensure design feasibility within technical infrastructure constraints

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and development guidance
