As we build out our internal tech platform for HR, payroll, operations, and client services, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex processes into clean, user-friendly designs for internal and operational use.

About the Role
We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, scalable interfaces. You’ll work alongside our developer to design the front end of internal tools and platforms used by our team and clients. This role will play a key part in shaping how users interact with our systems, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across all modules.

What you will do:

    • Collaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
    • Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI components for internal dashboards, workflows, and admin tools.
    • Ensure consistent user experience across different modules and tools.
    • Iterate on feedback quickly and effectively.
    • Conduct basic usability testing and apply insights to improve designs.
    • Prepare and deliver design specifications and assets to developers.
    • Maintain a scalable design system that aligns with the company’s goals and platform constraints.

Who you are:

    • 2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with web applications, especially internal tools or admin dashboards.
    • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Ability to create responsive designs that translate well across devices.
    • Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints (bonus if you've worked with Frappe or ERP systems).
    • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and user-centered design.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
    • Willing to work on a hybrid setup and report onsite at least once or twice a week
