Core Responsibilities
About the Role
You'll handle daily campaign design and conversion optimization work—creating landing pages, ad creative, and A/B test treatments at velocity. This role focuses on shipping campaign work quickly while running systematic CRO experiments to improve performance.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into live pages, design test variants, and monitor industry best practices for conversion design. You'll learn to use VWO and other testing platforms on the job. This frees the Senior Growth Engineer to focus on strategic initiatives while you handle the daily flow of campaign requests.
