We’re looking for a hands-on UX Designer to lead the user experience of our platform and visual identity across all touchpoints—App, Web, and Marketing. You’ll work with the teams to set the guidelines for design quality, and build the design systems that keep our experience consistent and scalable.

Our platform offers a range of tools and services, including end-to-end global e-commerce & logistics (Fastship.co), e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce solutions, and an online marketing campaign platform. Our goal is to help SMEs grow their e-commerce business by providing everything they need in one convenient place.
What you will handle
- Conduct UX research and partner with PM, Product Owners, Development team, and management team to shape UX/UI strategy.
- Define and review user flows and prototypes, ensuring usability, excellent experience, and brand alignment.
- Build and maintain our Design & Brand System (tokens, components, usage rules, documentation).
- Review and set Brand Key Visuals and CI governance that aligns with the company's vision and core values.
- Work with the management team to design assignments with agile & sprint workflow.
- Lead Design QA before staging/launch with a clear Definition of Done (DoD). Run research with product owners and business team (user interviews, quick usability tests), synthesize insights, and turn them into decisions.
- Plan capacity and engage vendors/freelancers when needed.
- Establish design metrics that coordinate with both product and marketing teams.
What you have
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 4–5 years in UX/UI and web application design with a strong product mindset.
- Proven record of web application design with excellent sense of . Portfolio is required.
- Proficiency with UX/UI and user-research tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam/Miro, usability/interview tooling, analytics basics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills; strong storytelling with data & insights.
- Refined aesthetic judgment and taste - translate brand strategy into key visuals, curate illustration styles, and maintain CI across channels.
- Demonstrate a high level of being self-motivated, self learner, growth mindset, and teamwork.
