DescriptionYour responsibilities
- To create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics
- Conduct a presentation from the draft version, understand the specific needs and challenges faced by project managers, stakeholders, and professionals who are preparing to present to clients
- Open to creating and designing materials, other documents, support for management, marketing, proposals, and projects, such as Word documents, LinkedIn posts, flyers, one-pagers, etc.
- Create clear, concise, and impactful visualizations that engage diverse audiences. Not only turning text documents into slides, but also using expertise to interpret and transform documents and raw ideas into effective, winning presentations
Your qualifications
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A degree in graphic design or a related field is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (input documents and communication are mainly in English, and sometimes will be German or French)
- Collaborative and cross-functional engagement
- Problem-solving, creativity, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Passion: Meticulous attention to detail, have a passion to create excellent output
- Time management: Be able to self-organize and work autonomously
- Curiosity: Open to learn new things and skills
- Experience working with multi-cultural companies and large-scale businesses
