Junior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career, along with driving exceptional user experiences through the entire UX lifecycle.

• Design modern UI and intuitive UX for B2B products
• Partner with Product to define user flows and processes
• Translate complex workflows into clear, user-centred solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes 
• Contribute to the style guide/design system and ensure consistency
• Prepare light user research, analyse feedback, and iterate
• Challenge and refine requirements; collaborate closely with Product & Engineering

• Have 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Designer 
• Demonstrate proficiency in UX deliverables including but not limited to Personas, User Journey Maps, User Flows & Task Flows, Usability Testing
• Good understanding of UI principles (layout, typography, components)
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Proficiency with Figma
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and with minimal supervision
• An excellent portfolio/case studies showcasing relevant UX work
• You feel comfortable communicating in the English language

Plus-one (required): have at least one of the following

• Product ownership: writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog/UAT
• No-code/Low-code: e.g., Webflow/Bubble/Retool/Appsmith, or automations (Zapier/Make)
• Frontend coding experience: HTML/CSS (JS/React library is a plus)
