ABOUT THE POSITION

• Create original characters, hard surface designs and illustration.
• Take directions from art directors, team leaders to ensure deliverable requirements are met.
• Ensure that all artwork meets the production's technical and artistic standards
• Use digital software and traditional art techniques to create high-quality illustrations and designs.
• Revise and make changes to artwork as necessary based on feedback from the production team and art director.
• Work efficiently with attention to detail while working to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and processes.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Outsourcing/ Game Development Company.
• Proficient in digital art software such as Photoshop / Blender.
• Experienced in creating original concept art across multiple disciplines and styles, including Vehicle or Hard Surface.
• Demonstrate a good proportion & anatomy knowledge, must be able to draw figures from multiple angles of the characters.
• Good 2d & 3d skills to demonstrate form, functions of weapons, vehicles (Hard Surface field).
• Ability to draw in perspective.
• Willingness to take direction and receive feedback from Leads to make necessary revisions to artwork quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
